Have you eaten soy meat?

I think steamed chicken

processed meat including protein

It used to be popular in Japan. Because it tastes like meat but it's healthy.

I don't really like it.  It is not good.

I want that to get better with Japanese technology.

in Japan, Obesity is less common than in many other countries.

Japanese have a basic diet that is healthy and low-calorie.

For example, eating rice, miso soup, pickles, and fish.

I'm used to eating that. and they are easy to cook. so I often have that.

And, convinience store is everywhere in Japan. we can buy healthy food anytime.

So, there are few obese people in Japan.

However I think exercise level is falling in japan due to the pandemic.
I think I have to stay in shape with exercise. but I can't always...

A lack of exercise is bad for your health.

How is your country?

I found out that the Philippines has the same obesity rate as Japan.
